"In the grip" is the second album by Circles 44 published by the Aut Records label after "Cratere" in 2020. Enriched by the presence of Achille Succi on bass clarinet and double bass clarinet, as well as Joseph Circelli on guitars and effects, Massimiliano Amatruda on piano and Andrea Grillini on drums, the album presents exclusively original compositions, arranged in a choral work that enhances the collective nature of the project active since 2017. The rhythmic research, the harmonic-melodic solutions and the electronic incursions supported by constant interplay trace an ever-evolving path.
